Goldschein's Homestead - How we got started

Aryeh

While in yeshiva, just out of high school, Aryeh developed a keen interest in Golden Retrievers. To purchase his first puppy, he worked for the owner on his farm, learning everything he could about Golden Retrievers and running a farm. It was there that Aryeh’s love of animals and desire to own his own farm was born.

Shortly after, determined to make his dream a reality, Aryeh purchased a tract of land in upstate New York. He met his wife, Jade, three years later and together they focused on raising Golden Retriever puppies and their two boys, Elisha and Yosef.

JADE

Jade spent her early childhood years in the mountains of Colorado before moving to Denver as a teen. She loved being a part of the Denver Jewish community and attending Bais Yaakov of Denver, but a part of her heart always belonged to the country.

After seminary, Jade and her parents decided to fulfill a longtime dream and purchase land out in the country. Not long after, she was introduced to Aryeh through mutual friends, got married, and moved to upstate New York to begin a homestead of her own.

Aryeh & Jade Goldschein

Today, our homestead is a place where people come to reconnect with nature, interact with animals, and enjoy quality family time. Our goal is to help people rediscover a way of life that has so much to offer.

Over the next few years, we hope to add cabins and a shul, so that families can have a chance to stay on the farm and experience this amazing life.

We look forward to seeing you here and hope you enjoy your Goldschein’s Homestead experience!
